Warranty

The key to the performance of any surfacing solution is the use of high-quality components in line with a detailed and ‘fit for purpose’ specification.

Everything supplied by CONICA is manufactured to the highest of standards in world-class facilities, with most being certified to EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN ISO 14001:2015.

A correct, ‘fit for purpose’ specification will deliver a surfacing solution that, when cared for correctly, will provide outstanding durability.  Life expectancy will vary depending on the system option chosen and the level of use, but you can rest assured that CONICA solutions are developed to deliver maximum performance and prolonged working life.

All CONICA products are covered, as standard, by a comprehensive 12-month warranty.

However, for added peace of mind, bespoke warranties can be developed to more closely align with customer requirements.  Each bespoke warranty will match specification to the required level of performance to ensure durability and protect the investment made.

Our development chemists have unrivalled experience and ensure that the technologies we develop are extensively tested and fully certified to all current standards.  When we launch a new technology, it will be new to customers and may be entirely new to market, but it won’t be new to CONICA.  Comprehensive laboratory research and development, in house testing and field trials, will have been completed to achieve formal certification.  All of this takes time but is necessary to ensure our high Swiss standards are fully met and that the solution performs exactly as intended.

 

Site Surveys

Quite simply, two heads are often better than one.  This is why we work closely with all of our installation partners to ensure the specifications they offer will meet, or exceed, expectations.

Whenever a customer requires, CONICA will undertake a joint site survey with the preferred installer, delivering added peace of mind.

 

Installation support

Despite our installation partners all being experts, CONICA provides 24/7, 365 support for those moments when double-checking can provide added reassurance and help overcome unexpected challenges.

We also provide comprehensive installation documentation and guidance to ensure best practice advice and our wealth of experience is available to any partner, at any time.

When a project is particularly complex, or when an installation partner is installing a new solution for the first time, CONICA offers onsite support to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

We don’t see the companies that complete projects as installers, but instead as true partners of CONICA and an extension of our business into each and every corner of the world.  As such, they are one of our most valuable assets and supported accordingly.
