Hartpury College
The new £8.8 million Sports Academy club’s training centre opened in Autumn 2018. The college has produced hundreds of international sportsmen and women over the past decade this facility will enhance their experience and raise the bar with the college now offering world class facilities. Installed at the new centre is a CONIPUR AE PU sports floor completed in the college’s colours and with their logos across the 1600m2 space.
WHAT WE DID
The CONIPUR AE offers very great foot stability for athletes due to its rigid wooden matrix base, the accessibility and loads with sports equipment as well as multi-purpose use is almost unlimited. The requirements regarding the flatness of the sub-base are lower compared to point and mixed elastic PU sports floors.

This flexible polyurethane system is installed in conjunction with a wooden matrix, below which sits a shock absorbing foam layer, to create a system suitable for sports where impact needs to be dispersed over a wider area.
