Our latest investment means we can now ensure that even more fine dust is removed from our rubber mulch manufacturing process, and that other ingredients are more precisely controlled, to deliver our best and most consistent product yet.

CONICA’s unique products are produced using unique processes and equipment. What we need is often not commercially available, so our highly skilled design and engineering team developed and built much of the new equipment to ensure it could meet our exact specifications.

The enhanced dust removal leads not only to a better product, but also to a cleaner, low maintenance manufacturing environment. The resulting extra uptime will allow CONICA to continue to meet the growing needs of our customers for environmentally friendly, safe and cost effective surfacing solutions.
