CONICA Outdoor Wet Pour is the gold standard for rubberised playground surfaces. Popular product in our play safety surfacing range, it provides a water-permeable, decorative, and durable finish that makes play areas safe and vibrant.

What is Wet Pour Rubber Flooring?

Commonly referred to as wet pour surfacing, this system is installed in two distinct layers to create a seamless, impact-absorbing surface:

1. Base Layer: Composed of 100% recycled SBR tyre rubber granules.
2. Top Layer: A high-quality wearing course of coloured EPDM wet pour rubber granules.

Both layers are bound using a flexible, single-part moisture-curing polyurethane binder. This “wet” mixture is poured and trowelled flat, allowing it to be installed directly onto concrete, asphalt, or compacted stone sub-bases to create a smooth, continuous permeable rubber surface.
