Artificial Turf Shock Pads

For outdoor pitches, we produce the highest quality rubber shock pad solutions. Our system uses recycled tyre rubber granules mixed with a flexible CONIPUR binder to create the perfect shock pad layer for 3G and 4G pitches.

Indoor Sports Surfaces

Point-elastic sports hall surfaces are among the most widely specified. These systems rely on a robust shock-absorbing base, most often a pre-formed rubber mat. CONICA offers an extensive range of rubber shock pads in various thicknesses to enable our CONIPUR HG system to deliver outstanding performance. We also supply the specialist sports surface adhesive and pore sealers required for a secure, long-lasting installation.

The Faster Alternative: In-Situ PUR Elastic Layer

As an innovative alternative to the traditional rubber shock pad, CONICA has developed a full PUR elastic layer.

• Efficiency: This single-application product creates a seamless shock absorbing mat effect without the need for adhesive or multiple pore sealer applications.
• Speed: Removes the need to adhere a mat, shortening the overall installation process by at least 3 days.
• Quality: Provides performance equivalent to the best quality shock mats on the market.
